We do not accept returns for installed, configured, or used products incase the product sold as a new item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, except in cases where Server Switch delivered the wrong or damaged item.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will issue a refund in the original form of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges.
